Residential Property Transformation | London
This project involved the comprehensive transformation of a four-bedroom residential property in London into four individual studio flats, following the successful approval of the necessary HMO conversion permissions and regulatory requirements.
Once the required approvals were obtained, the property’s existing layout was completely reconfigured to create four self-contained studio flats, each featuring a private bathroom, toilet, kitchenette and living space.
Extensive refurbishment works were carried out, including electrical and plumbing installations, internal alterations, bathroom fittings, kitchen installations and complete interior finishes.
The result is the transformation of a former single-family home into a modern, functional, income-generating accommodation property comprising four individual studio flats.
