Complete Café & Bar Refurbishment | London
Located in London’s vibrant Redchurch Street, this project involved the complete transformation of a dilapidated commercial property into a contemporary café and bar, characterised by modern architecture and a unique design approach.
At the onset of the project, the building required extensive renovation due to its poor physical condition and outdated technical infrastructure. Our team managed the entire process from the ground up, starting with the strip-out of the old interiors, followed by the complete renewal of electrical and plumbing systems, flooring, wall and ceiling structures, and comprehensive interior fit-out works.
The ground floor and basement were thoughtfully reconfigured to meet diverse operational needs. Every corner of the venue was designed to blend aesthetics with functionality, featuring bespoke bar counters, modern seating areas, a dedicated DJ and entertainment section, decorative lighting, and fully refurbished washroom facilities.
From bringing the architectural vision to life and establishing the technical infrastructure to bespoke joinery and the final decorative touches, all works were executed with meticulous planning and the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Through this comprehensive transformation, a property that initially required extensive repair has been reborn as a modern, dynamic, and inviting social venue with a strong architectural identity.
